An evening  event led by Suffolk County Council Ecologist Sue Hooton and Landscape  Officer Phil Watson to explain and seek professional Landscape input to the draft document ” Suffolk landscape and ecological guidance for development”. This will be a pre- consultation Planning  guideline document intended to work with the Suffolk design guide. Sue and Phil are keen to present the document to local LI members; to date it has been shared with the Suffolk biodiversity Planning Group and the Suffolk Landscape officers group. Our members will be able to help develop this important document further and hence inform best practise for developers in the future and if wished take part in the subsequent formal consultation before adoption by Suffolk county council. Refreshments and a chance to network with fellow landscape architects completes the evening .

Date: 22nd February , 6-8pm
